Volunteers of America Oklahoma shall not refuse services in any program on the basis of disability, race, creed, color, sex, religion, national/ethnic origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran status or any other class protected by law in the administration of its programs, in the eligibility of program participants, in the provision of services to applicants or clients. No statement of faith is required of any client or employee to be served or employed by Volunteers of America Oklahoma.

Volunteers of America Oklahoma (VOAOK) recognizes the uniqueness each person brings to the organization and that diversity makes the organization more effective. It has been, and will continue to be the policy of VOAOK to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
