Chaplain of Spiritual & Interfaith Care

The successful candidate for the role of Chaplain of Spiritual & Interfaith Care will demonstrate 3-5 years of Christian chaplaincy leadership to both an internal and external interfaith community of staff, clients and churches. The Chaplain will exhibit a deep calling to serve all people while working to grow organizational programming actively promoting our ministry of service initiatives including: Diversity, equity and inclusion, Moral injury and Interfaith pastoral care. To learn more about our organization's DEI initiative, read the Volunteers of America Diversity Equity and Inclusion statement. Director of Social Innovation and Program Development 

The successful candidate for the role of Director of Social Innovation will demonstrate progressively increasing leadership responsibilities and experience. The candidate will exhibit innovative entrepreneurial skills with a deep passion for serving people. A strong desire to connect and collaborate with community partners across the State of Oklahoma and in to Kansas. Experience in growing and innovating federal and state programs to achieve scale, assessing community needs, creating and implementing strategic initiatives with strong achievable business impact planning in response to assessed needs including creating a sustainable social enterprise. Candidates interested in this position may email a resume to careers@voaok.org.

Veteran Employment Consultant 

The successful candidate for the role of Veteran Employment Consultant. The candidate will exhibit excellent customer service skills including the ability to develop, train and coach veterans as they transition from active military service to civilian employment. Experience recruiting veterans and/ or prospective employers a plus. This is an external, forward-facing role and the successful candidate will have experience in building quality both external and internal relationships to help veterans achieve employment.  Candidates interested in this position may email a resume to careers@voaok.org.

Veterans Services Program Assistant 

The successful candidate for the role will have a high school diploma, excellent MS Office Suite skills including Excel and strong relationship skills internally and externally.
