Rhinestone Cowboy 2019 to Recognize Two Oklahomans for Dedicated Service to Veterans
Former Oklahoma Secretaries of Veterans Affairs, Retired Major General Rita Aragon and Retired Major General Myles Deering, will be recognized as 2019 Premier Volunteers for their dedication in serving Oklahoma veterans.
